Here's pt. 2, the Eastern continent of the Mario World Map, featuring the last three lands from SMB3. The mountainous area in the southeast of Castle of Koopa is pretty bland, but there's not much else to put there. Just so you know, the countries themselves (both in this picture and the Western continent one) are basically the SMB3 lands as they look in the game, but rotated clockwise 90°. The exceptions are The Sky, which is rotated a full 180°, and Grass Land, which hasn't been rotated at all.

Once again, [link] gives a list of what I put where, and that includes the 9 islands that aren't on the map yet (well, 7 islands, Star Road, and the Moon).

EDIT 12/29/05 - Added a few locales from Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time and Mario Kart DS. Paper Mario 2 has been added too, but only on the western continent.
